Warranty
Due to the nature of our product line and their intended usage, it is impossible to warranty high performance racing parts. Therefore, there is no warranty written or implied on any product manufactured or sold by Pro-Lux Racing. All descriptions on this website as to functionality are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Pro-Lux Racing will assume no responsibility for personal injury, labor, or other injury arising out of usage of any product we manufacture or sell. Pro-Lux Racing shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts.By purchasing and / or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms.
If a defect in workmanship or materials is found before installation, please contact us by following this link and we will replace it after inspection.
In most cases, high performance parts are not legal for use on public highways. Check your local laws before ordering. Use of Pro-Lux Racing products is purely at the sole discretion of the buyer.
No returns after 30 days from invoice date. There are few exceptions to be determined by Pro-Lux Racing.
Return Policy
Returns within 30 days; You must contact us by following this link to return a product. Pro-Lux Racing will only accept a return that has an authorized RA number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Pro-Lux Racing invoice. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and a credit/refund will be determined by Pro-Lux Racing. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturing defects will be replaced as soon as possible. Parts returned, within 30 days, for any other reason, must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Parts returned within 30 days are subject to a 20% ($5.00 minimum) restocking charge. Absolutely no returns on custom made parts, or parts not listed on our website. All legitimate returns will be handled as a credit to the customer for future orders. No refunds will be issued, unless it is determined to be from a Pro-Lux Racing error.
Claims
If damage occurs to any item during transit, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Responsibility for the goods is passed from the shipper to the carrier when the carrier leaves the point of pickup. All claims must be made with the carrier. Privacy is of great concern to most users of the Internet, and is a critical part of an enjoyable and satisfactory user experience. Here at Pro-Lux Racing we are are acutely aware of and sensitive to the privacy concerns of our customers.
